This year's theme for International Women’s Day, Innovate For Change, is a call to action, asking everyone to harness the power of technology to create a more equal world. By removing the barriers facing women, we can unleash new ideas and solutions that will transform our society and strengthen our economy. But what obstacles are women still facing in 2019 exactly?
In this webinar/seminar, we will discuss the glass ceiling and wage gaps that women still have to deal with, including wage gaps stemming from becoming a mother.With data from several sources, the presenters will discuss their recent research results regarding the situation of women on the labour market.
